Delivery Options Overview
Inovus offers order pickup from our stores in GRNW, Port Louis and Phoenix. Please choose the right location as per your convenience when ordering. Please note that large and heavy items cannot be transferred between our stores and hence you will be informed accordingly for such orders.
1. Order the Product and Specify the Delivery Location. You may choose from our 3 pickup locations
2. You Will Receive an Order Confirmation Message
3. Wait for our confirmation mail when the order is ready to be collected
4. Pick up Your Order at your chosen location after payment

Unfortunately, all our stores are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
We are open for deliveries from 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays and from 09:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays.
Generally, we ensure that all orders are ready for collection within the next business day. However, this depends on the actual product since heavy items like Interactive TVs and Cabinets may take longer. Please inform us for any urgent needs on your order checkout and we will do our best to fulfill your requirements.
